conduct problems

Conduct problems denote a cluster of behavioral difficulties such as non-compliance, aggressive behavior and the violation of the rules of family and society. Children suffering these problems are becoming increasingly common in Western society.
Children with conduct problems may display behaviors that range from complaining, refusal to obey adult rules and ignoring of instructions, to lying, physical or verbal aggression, destructiveness, and criminal activities.
Specific diagnoses include oppositional defiant disorder and the more severe conduct disorder.
