Healthy Families America

Healthy Families America is an early intervention program designed to address potential risk factors for child abuse and neglect where families are expecting a baby or have a child aged under three months.

Its home visiting comprises individualized support, education and referrals to community services. Along with Nurse Family Partnership it is one of only two home visiting programs proven to benefit children and families.
